Police Blue records first win at Wairiki 7s

Super 7s Series champions Police Blue started their Fiji Bitter Wairiki 7s campaign on a high note as they defeated Fiji Bitter Service Labasa 15-0 in their first pool match this morning.

In other results from the pool games, Raiwasa Taveuni beat St Patrick Labasa 7-0, Tabadamu thrashed Roots Exile 24-0, Dominion Brothers beat Laven Reds 10-0, Army Green defeated Delaivuna Brothers 19-0.

Meanwhile, Police Blue will take on Devo Babas at 12.36pm today, Raiwasa Taveuni will meet Davetalevu Blues at 12.48pm, Tabadamu will play Kingdom Warriors at 1pm.

More than 160 teams will be participating at this year’s competition including the Men's Rugby 7s, Men's Volleyball competition and the Women's Volleyball Competition.
