Poirier wins by TKO as McGregor breaks his ankle

Dustin Poirier has beaten Conor McGregor through a technical knockout in the main card of UFC 264.

McGregor broke his ankle in the late stages of the first round.

This is the third fight between the pair, with one victory each.

McGregor won the first meeting way back in 2014, stopping Poirier inside the first round, but 'The Diamond' stunned the Irishman in Abu Dhabi earlier this year.
