The hearing on the confidentiality aspect of the Judicial Services Commission judicial review application to quash the findings of the Commission of Inquiry into Barbara Malimali's appointment as FICAC Commissioner will be heard next Thursday.

The counsel for the JSC, Isireli Fa says they are still negotiating the final clause of the Terms of Settlement that they will settle upon.

Fa says they have no issues with respect to the confidentiality and suggested that those who wish to view the agreement can make an application.

Counsel for the Prime Minister and the Office of the Solicitor General Ropate Green says they still have to determine the mechanics of the confidentiality.

He stated that they are on the same page with respect to the final clause.

The hearing on the confidentiality aspect was scheduled for this afternoon, however it has been moved to Thursday.
