Sevu Reece and George Bower will be in the starting 15 while Pita Gus Sowakula will make his debut from the bench.
Beauden Barrett has been given the reins at No.10, while Richie Mo'unga will come off the bench after recovering from a stomach bug in the week.
Other players in the starting 15 are Ardie Savea, Sam Cane, Sam Whitelock, Codie Taylor, Brodie Retallick and Aaron Smith.
The All Blacks face Ireland at 7.05pm Saturday.
