People fined for failing to stand 2 metres away from another person in a queue

310 people were issued a Public Health Infringement Notice from the 8th to 13th of this month for breaching COVID-19 related restrictions.

162 people were issued notices for failing to wear a mask in a public place.

99 people were given a notice in the Southern Division while 63 people were booked in the Western Division.

Police say 78 people were given a notice for breaching curfew, 25 notices were given for social gathering, 7 notices were given for breach of Public Service Vehicle 50% capacity, 4 people were given a notice for gathering and drinking liquor and grog, 12 people were booked for not wearing a mask in a public service vehicle while one person was given a notice for entering a containment zone.

According to Police, 21 people were also fined for failing to stand 2 metres away from another person while in a queue.
