Paradise Beverages has renewed their partnership with Leadership Fiji as Jiujiuwa Uluiqalau, Supervisor Brewing, will represent the company in the 2025 Leadership Fiji cohort, a reflection of the organisation’s unwavering commitment to developing future industry leaders.

Paradise Beverages says for Uluiqalau, this opportunity is more than professional growth—it’s a chance to deepen his understanding of national governance and economic impact.

He says he is eager to engage with key decision-makers from various government ministries, gaining insights into how policies shape our economy.

Uluiqalau says as a brewer, he wants to explore the role the industry plays in national development and identify ways they can drive greater contributions.

Leadership Fiji is widely recognised for shaping visionary leaders who drive meaningful change.

Paradise Beverages says through immersive learning experiences and direct engagement with policymakers and industry experts, the program empowers participants to broaden their perspectives and develop innovative solutions for the nation’s future.
