Paradise Beverages has showed its continuous support for Leadership Fiji after renewing its partnership today.

Leadership Fiji CEO Sharyne Fong says they aim to cultivate a new generation of leaders equipped to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Fong says they plan to grow and establish a Leadership Academy for Fiji and the Pacific, which aims to offer unique leadership development programs that emphasise value-based leadership and experiential learning.

She says the continued partnership with Paradise Beverages will provide much-needed resources to ensure the sustainability of Leadership Fiji and its programs.

Paradise Beverages General Manager Mike Spencer says this signing reveals the impact and the growth they have seen from their employees who have been participating in this program.

Spencer says they value the lessons that the program provides, which have helped their previous five participants and numerous other leaders grow exponentially.

He says this year, they have six employees participating in the Leadership Program.

Meanwhile, Paradise Beverages team leader Maleli Varawa says this program offered him invaluable insights into effective leadership and community engagement, where he learned the importance of empathy, collaboration and integrity in leadership, which continue to guide him in his professional and personal endeavours.

This is the sixth year Paradise Beverages has sponsored Leadership Fiji.
