Panthers extend lead in NRL after 20-12 victory over Broncos

Nathan Cleary delivered the killer punch as the Panthers secured their sixth straight victory.

The Penrith Panthers have extended their lead on the NRL points table to 12 points following their 20-12 victory over the Brisbane Broncos last night.

The Panthers scored three tries through Kurt Capewell, Matt Burton and Nathan Cleary.

The Broncos led 12-10 at half time.

This is the Panthers 6th consecutive win this season from six games.

Tevita Pangai Junior and Ethan Bullemor scored a try each for the Broncos.

Meanwhile the Knights will take on the Sharks at 8 tonight, the Roosters will face the Storm at 9.55 tonight, the Sea Eagles will play the Titans at 5pm tomorrow, the Rabbitohs will take on the Wests Tigers at 7.30pm tomorrow and the Raiders will face the Eels at 9.35pm tomorrow.
