Pacific Energy gives additional $115,000 to PM’s Relief Fund

Pacific Energy has given an additional $115,000 donation to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund,

The fundraiser began three months ago and the total amount collected was $260,000 which were proceeds of a campaign by Pacific Energy Limited whereby for every litre bought by customers, two cents was directed towards the relief fund drive for the company.

While receiving the donation, Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama, thanked the Pacific Energy management for their foresight in raising funds to assist Fijians affected by COVID-19 and Tropical Cyclone Harold.

He also acknowledged the customers for their contribution towards the relief efforts.

Pacific Energy Chief Marketing Officer Rajnesh Prasad has commended health workers, Fiji Police Force and members of the Republic of the Fiji Military Forces for the work done in making sure that Government through various agencies managed to contain COVID-19.
