Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama’s R20 Global Climate Warrior Award has arrived in Suva.
Bainimarama says he was humbled when his friend and the former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger honoured him with the award.
The award recognizes Bainimarama’s efforts in championing the fight against climate change.
Bainimarama says the award is for all those Fijians living with the impacts of climate change every day.
He adds their voices are being heard louder than ever.
