Outsource Fiji will be leading an eight-member delegation to the Future CX Summit in New Zealand 2025, which will be held in Auckland on Wednesday and Thursday, highlighting Fiji’s growing commitment to positioning itself as a trusted nearshore.

Outsource Fiji Manager Corporate Affairs Shivika Patel emphasizes that during the two-day summit, the delegation will participate in strategic networking events, panel discussions, and exhibition activities, highlighting Fiji’s proven capabilities in customer service, back office operations, IT support, and CX innovation.

She adds that this will strengthen our people and the warmth of our culture and the unique value proposition that sets Fiji apart on the regional stage.

Outsource Fiji Marketing and Communications Consultant Pravin Narain says the delegates are expected to connect with New Zealand businesses, technology providers, and industry associations to explore collaboration opportunities in digital transformation, customer engagement, and nearshoring strategies.

He adds that New Zealand is a key market for us, adding that its proximity, cultural alignment, and growing appetite for quality and cost-effective outsourcing solutions make it a natural partner for Fiji.

Narain says that taking members to Auckland will not only build visibility but also create direct pathways for collaboration, innovation, and shared growth between the two markets.

The delegation includes Mr. Chandan Ohri from Duco Consultancy, Shane Jackson from Mindpearl, Helen McLaren from Recoveries Corp, and Shene Naidu from Vuvale Outsourcing, joined by Manager Corporate Affairs Shivika Patel and Marketing and Communications Consultant Pravin Narain, representing Outsource Fiji.
