23 senior management leaders of R.C. Manubhai Group of Companies are set to depart for an exclusive Integrated Management Development Program at the renowned Great Lakes Institute of Management in Chennai, India.

Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. Uppiliappan Gopalan says as an organization, they firmly believe that their greatest asset is their people.

Dr. Gopalan says the Integrated Management Development Program is a testament to their commitment to providing senior management with world-class learning experiences that not only enhance their professional skills but also empower them to drive their organisation's success to new heights.

He says the program, scheduled to commence on October 2nd, 2023, marks a significant milestone in the organization's dedication to continuous learning and leadership development.

The Group CEO says Integrated Management Development Program, hosted by the prestigious Great Lakes Institute of Management, is a comprehensive program designed to empower senior executives with the latest insights and strategies across various domains, including Financial Management, Marketing, Innovation, and Leadership.

He says over the course of two intensive phases, participants will engage in dynamic discussions, explore real-world case studies, and even embark on an industry visit to witness IoT (Internet of Things) implementation firsthand.

What sets this initiative apart is its focus on holistic growth.

In addition to the core modules, the program features expert speaker sessions and team-building activities that foster collaboration and leadership skills.

The departure of the 23 participants from Fiji to India marks the beginning of a transformative journey that promises to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the evolving landscape of the retail and manufacturing industries.

Dr. Gopalan adds, they see this as an investment in their future, as the skills and insights gained from this program will not only benefit senior management but also contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of their organization.
