Oppenheimer has won big at the Golden Globes Awards scoring the best film - drama, Christopher Nolan won best director, Cillian Murphy scored best actor, Robert Downey Junior scooped best supporting actor and they also won best original score.

Barbie which had 9 nominations won best original song for What Was I Made For? by Billie Eilish and Finneas and Cinematic and box office achievement.

Killers of the Flower Moon’s Lily Gladstone walked away with best actress – drama while best supporting actress in a TV series went to Elizabeth Debicki for The Crown.

Netflix series Beef scooped 3 awards for best limited series, anthology series or TV movie, best actor in a limited series, anthology series or TV movie which went to Steven Yuen, best actress in a limited series, anthology series or TV movie which comedian Ali Wong won.

Succession took best TV series, best actress in a TV series – drama for Sarah Snook, best supporting actor in a TV series went to Matthew Macfadyen while Kieran Culkin scooped the best actor in a TV series – drama.

Emma Stone won best actress – musical or comedy while Paul Giamatti picked up the award for best actor in a musical or comedy for The Holdovers with Da’Vine Joy Randolph getting best supporting actress for The Holdovers.

Best film – musical or comedy was won by Poor Things while best TV series – musical or comedy went to The Bear which also scooped best actress in a TV series – musical or comedy for Ayo Edebiri

Best animated film went to The Boy and the Heron beating out Marvel’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Elemental, The Super Mario Bros Movie and Wish.

Best non-English language film was won by Anatomy of a Fall which also scooped best screenplay.

Ricky Gervais got best performance in stand-up comedy on TV for Ricky Gervais Armageddon.
