Nuggets downs Heat 104-93 in game 1 of NBA Grand Final

The Denver Nuggets have taken out game 1 of the NBA Grand Final after beating the Miami Heat 104-93 earlier today.

Center Nikola Jokiç was the toast for his Nuggets side scoring 27 points with 10 rebounds and 14 assists.

The Nuggets took control in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters before the Heat came back in the last quarter but could not do enough to pull a come-from-behind win.

The second game between the Nuggets and the Heat will be held at 12.30pm Monday as the Nuggets lead the series 1-0.
