Police are now saying it will not speculate on the circumstances surrounding the death of the 18-year-old boy whose body was found outside his girlfriend’s house in Waiqali Settlement, Maro, Sigatoka on Thursday.
Police had earlier said that it is believed to be an alleged suicide case.
We have received information from credible sources that the girl’s parents have been questioned in relation to the incident.
When asked, Police say investigations are ongoing and they will not make any further comments until it is complete.
The matter was reported by the victim's girlfriend's family.
