Minister for Health Doctor Ifereimi Waqainabete says no one will be forced to take the vaccine however more people will be protected if more people receive the vaccine.

While speaking on the Bula Ko Lau facebook live session, Doctor Waqainabete says this is why they are urging more people to come up and receive the vaccine.

He says it has been discussed a lot that people will need to have a certified vaccination pass if they want to travel from one place to another, which is why they are urging people to get vaccinated.

Waqainabete says if we look at the measles outbreak in the country, more than 350,000 people got vaccinated within six weeks.

He says even though 33 or 34 people were infected, no one died because more people took the vaccine.
