The two people arrested for their alleged involvement in the death of doctor and prominent social media personality, Dr Isireli Biumaitotoya, also known as Leighley Leli Darling remain in custody as questioning continues.
Police have yet to charge anyone in the matter.
Police say the two were arrested in Nausori on Saturday by the joint investigation taskforce consisting of officers from the CID Headquarters Division and Namaka, with the assistance of officers based in the Eastern Division.
Leighley Darling was found dead in a pool of blood in his home in Votualevu, Nadi, on Monday night and the death is being treated as an alleged murder.
Investigations continue.
