There will be no bus services for the Central and Western Division Containment Zones on Sundays.
The Land Transport Authority says it has been confirmed by the Fiji Bus Operators Association in their bid to assist the Fijian Government in its fight against the spread of COVID-19.
Fijians who need to travel to access essential services must do so from Mondays to Saturdays.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Taxi Association says the taxi operators will decide if they want to provide taxi services on Sundays, but they would like to remind the public, if they are using their services, people should follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines.
