The Nawaka Shree Krishna Temple has celebrated its centennial anniversary.

While speaking during the celebrations, President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere emphasised the importance of co-existence with one another, highlighting that it is an important factor in maintaining harmony within the country.

Ratu Wiliame says the centennial anniversary of the Shree Krishna Temple aligns with the government's social cohesion framework and they are committed to protecting and preserving the traditions, cultures, and languages of the people.

The President further says the existence and co-existence of the Shree Sanatan Dharam Sabha in our nation's multi-religious and multi-ethnic society is a significant beginning to further progress.

He encouraged them to continue to foster the values of inclusivity, respect and have harmonious interaction as we reach out to others.
