Navua man dies after his vehicle veers off road along Deuba Village Feeder Road

The man in his 40s from Tokotoko, Navua who died in a road accident on Saturday allegedly lost control of the vehicle along Deuba Village Feeder Road.

Police say this caused the vehicle to veer off the road resulting in the accident.

National Fire Authority officers managed to remove the victim's body from the vehicle.

Investigations continue and the national road death toll currently stands at 8 compared to 18 for the same period last year.
