Naupoto assures new police recruits that the RFMF is ready to assist in maintaining peace in Fiji

Commander of RFMF Rear Admiral Viliame Naupoto today assured the men and women of the Fiji Police Force that the RFMF is ready to assist them to maintain peace in the country.

Naupoto made this assurance while speaking at the Police Basic Recruitment Course pass-out parade today.

He also told the graduates to treat everyone with the same respect while sharing a story about a personal experience with a woman who begs for money on the streets.

96 recruits graduated today after completing the 4 month course.

76 were males and 20 were females.

There were also recruits from Tuvalu and Nauru.
