Courts Fiji Limited has launched their National Bedding Month to increase public knowledge of adequate sleep and treatment of sleep disorders to improve health as they celebrate their 100 years of service to the people of Fiji.

Courts General Manager of Marketing Anil Senewiratne says as people spend a quarter of their lives sleeping, investment to a proper bed is important.

He says as we live in unprecedented times, health should be a priority as a good night rest is very critical for off the box thinking and ensure productivity.

Meanwhile, 25-year-old Tevita Mateinakula, a bedding specialist with Courts, says the right bed will ensure that people don't wake up on the wrong side of the bed and ruin your mood with a right amount of sleep.
