Narara Parade within the Lautoka City Central Business District area was earlier flooded today after two hours of heavy rain.

A resident, Amrit Singh, informed fijivillage News that heavy rain started around 1pm and it got worse as time passed.

Singh says the water level in the area has started to recede.

The Fiji Roads Authority confirmed that after the water level recedes, an assessment will be conducted.

FRA says they have not received flooding reports from any other areas.
