Former Stormers and Fiji rep, Sireli Naqelevuki had the privilege to present the jerseys to the Vodafone Fiji Under 20 side ahead of their game against Tonga at 6.30 tonight.
Naqelevuki is part of the coaching panel.
The U20 side is currently in New Zealand to participate in the Oceania Rugby U20s Challenge competition. The team consist of players from last year's Secondary School rugby competition and the Provincial Under 20 competition.
Fijian Drua player Philip Baselala is also part of the Fiji U20 side. Oceania Rugby News Elite Pathways and Performance Manager Bill Gadolo says the inclusion of the Fijian Drua and Fiji’s Under 20’s spot in the World Rugby U20s Championship has attracted many players of Fijian descent worldwide.
