As women entrepreneurs, we must help each other to overcome our challenges and find strategies to elevate our business.

This was the message by the Nama Fiji Founder and Managing Director Debra Sadranu during the International Women's Day breakfast at the Grand Pacific Hotel.

Nama Fiji skincare products have been sold in Luxury Five Star Hotels and Spas throughout Fiji for over 15 years.

While sharing her story and journey, Sadranu says her passion has always been to help the women in Fiji gain access to training and employment to improve their quality of life.

She says over the past 25 years, she has been supporting single mothers, particularly from remote and rural areas through her Spa Academy, Spa Operations and Essence Group.

Sadranu also acknowledged the females of her company Sanjani and Ashika who joined her company around 17 years ago without any qualifications and experience and who have supported the success of the company.

While sharing her journey, Sanjani says she joined the company when she was 19 years old and is now in charge of the lab operations for Nama Fiji.

She says she has faced many challenges however she succeeded by learning from her managers.
