Nalaubu wins DPL golden boot award

The Viti Water Flow Lautoka soccer team’s Sairusi Nalaubu has once again proved he is the top striker in the nation as he scored nine goals in the Digicel Premier League competition that helped Lautoka win the league title.

Lautoka won the DPL title with 30 points and also received $18,000 in prize money.

Last season Nalaubu had helped the Suva soccer team win the league competition.

His two goals in the FMF Sukuna Bowl Football Challenge last week, ensured Police retained their title.

Nadi’s Sakaraia Naisua was second on the goal scoring chart with 6.
