Students of the Nakauvadra High School in Ra were amazed by the resources available for the future leaders of Fiji at the Fiji National University’s Open Day.

In an interview with fijivillage News, the Head Girl of Nakauvadra High School, Vaulina Dau says it was a perfect opportunity for them to explore and connect with the different booths.

Dau says about 80 students from their schools came with aspirations and expectations to find the right guidance from the staff and existing students of FNU.

The Head Girls further says the students and teachers had left the school at 5.30am on Friday to experience the university environment.

She adds that Open Day allows students to clear their doubts and learn about the career paths they would like to pursue.
