Naituku wins second gold medal for Naitasiri Secondary School

Vilimaina Naituku of Naitaisiri Secondary School has won her second gold medal in the Intermediate Girls 1,500 metres at the Triple N Zone Athletics meet at the ANZ Stadium.

Naituku also won gold in the girls 3,000 metres open yesterday.

The first gold medals on day two of the competition were won by Waidina Secondary School and Rewa Secondary School.

Rosivela Matanimeke of Waidina Secondary School won gold in the Sub-Junior Boys 1,500 metres.

In the Sub-Junior Girls 1,500 metres, Ilisapeci Talanoa of Rewa Secondary School won gold.
