Naitasiri continues to lead the Skipper Cup after Round 2

The Naitasiri rugby side continues to lead the Skipper Cup competition after thumping Nadi 23-8.

Naitasiri leads the points table with 9 points, Farebrother Trophy holders Namosi are in second place with 8 points, Nadroga, Suva and Tailevu have 5 points each but due to points difference, Nadroga is in third place, Suva is in fourth place while Tailevu is in fifth place.

Nadi is in sixth place with 4 points, Yasawa is in 7th place and the winless Lautoka is in eighth place with no points.

Looking at last week's result, Naitasiri defeated Nadi 23-8, Suva beat Yasawa 10-3, Tailevu beat Yasawa 26-17 and Namosi defeated Nadroga 15-8.

This Saturday, Tailevu will take on Nadroga at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park, Yasawa will face Lautoka at 3pm, Nadi will play Suva at 3pm at Prince Charles Park while the Skipper Cup and Farebrother Sullivan Trophy Challenge between holders Namosi and challengers Naitasiri will be held at 3.30pm at Thompson Park.
