Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s speedster Alasio Naduva is making sure he eats right, sleeps well and does daily exercises at home to stay active while in isolation.
Naduva says isolation was a bit boring but now he is happy to be out in the field with his platoon helping in the clean-up of debris.
He is also helping the families affected by Tropical Cyclone Harold.
Naduva says most of the time during isolation he watches movies, plays cards and enjoys time with his family.
He adds that he misses playing rugby and his teammates and he cannot wait to join them in camp.
