Cadets of Nadroga Arya College who have passed out are being urged to uphold the expectations of their families and to contribute significantly to the continued development of their communities, and the nation of Fiji.

While officiating at the passout, Republic of Fiji Military Forces Director of Human Resources Management, Colonel Jofiliti Talemaibau says the students and youth are Fiji’s national resources, more important than all other resources available to Fiji. He says it is extremely important that all government and community efforts are focused on nurturing them to achieve their full potential. He highlighted the common interest of Fijians in protecting their national resources, particularly the youth.

He reminded parents, teachers, and guardians of the need to provide a safe and secure environment for the youth. Colonel Talemaibau says they need to live by proper ethical behaviours and actions because, with this in place, they ensure that children can be nurtured and prepared to make Fiji a better place to live. He also expressed gratitude to the parents, guardians, families, and friends who played pivotal roles in moulding the characters of the students who officiated the Nadroga Arya College Cadet pass-out parade.
