Muslim IDC: Rewa to face Ba in final after dramatic semi final wins

Rewa and Ba are through to the final of the Fiji Muslim Sports Association Tebara Halal Meats Muslim IDC at Lawaqa Park in dramatic style.

Ba and Drasa were locked at 3-all at full time, when national rep Nabil Beg completing his hat-trick, while Mohammed Shazil sealed the win with another goal in extra time for Ba.

Shaif Ali scored the other goal for Ba.

Rayhaan Khan, Ruel Grayven and Gulam Rasool scored a goal each for Drasa.

On the other hand, Rewa beat Suva 3-0 in the second semi final.

Rewa qualified for the semi final despite a 3-0 loss to last year’s winner Nadi in the quarter final last night, as Nadi was disqualified for match manipulation.

The final is at 6.30pm at Lawaqa Park.
