Marist Brothers High School Dux Isoa Tute Dakunimata and his mother Lela Rawaidrau Dakunimata

The mother of Marist Brothers High School Dux, Lela Rawaidrau Dakunimata says her son Isoa Tute Dakunimata’s achievements have always been a source of pride for their family.

Dakunimata shared that Isoa has consistently excelled in his academic journey, often receiving exceptional awards that reflected his hard work and dedication.

She says the family has always believed in him, and today’s achievement is another milestone that fills them with joy.

She emotionally revealed that Isoa’s Dux award is dedicated to his late grandmother, who played a significant role in shaping him during his childhood.

Dakunimata says her late mother was the one who instilled strong values, discipline, and determination in Isoa from a very young age.

She also acknowledged the continuous support of the Koronikalou clan from Cautata, Bau in Tailevu, as well as her mother’s family, for standing by them throughout Isoa’s academic journey.

Dakunimata is encouraging all parents and guardians to have faith in their children, adding that with support, patience, and trust, children are capable of achieving great things in life.
