The most expensive car park in Auckland, also dubbed “the hottest investment in town”, is going for a cool FJD$270,443.
The covered space is located in a “purpose-built” car park in Auckland CBD’s Commerce Street, opposite the brand-new Pacifica Building.
The $270,443 asking price isn’t the only cost the new owner will have to pay as there are annual rates and body corporate fees for the building which could total up to $3,000 per year.
Despite the hefty payment, you would not be able to pitch a tent or park a caravan in your car park.
