More than 1200 people visited the Accident Compensation Commission of Fiji and the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission booths at the Legend FM Fiji Repo Expo at the Vodafone Arena Carpark for advice over the last two days.

ACCF CEO Parvez Akbar says well over thousand people came to them for advice during the two days.

Akbar says some people did not know what the commission does and the Legend FM Fiji Repo Expo gave them the opportunity to explain their scheme to the people.

He says some people did not even know that their services are free.

More than 250 people visited the FCCC booth where a number of them inquired about issues such as residential rent and price control items.
