More than 12 people are homeless after three fire incidents yesterday.

In the first incident, a barrack containing 4 flats was destroyed at Nakasi Hart Barrack. In the second incident, a one-bedroom house was destroyed at Waica Settlement in Nadi. It is understood the house was vacant at the time of the fire incident.

Another fire incident in Varadoli, Ba saw 5 people losing their six-bedroom house.

According to statistics recorded by NFA, a total of 43 structural fire incidents have been recorded since January this year.
