Mogul Group, one of Fiji’s fastest growing and most innovative companies, last night marked a major milestone with the pre-opening of Jailhouse Bar & Brewery, Lautoka’s newest social hotspot.

At the same event, the Group announced a three-year extension of its commercial partnership with the Fijian Drua, reinforcing one of the Club’s most dynamic and successful collaborations.

Situated at The HUB Complex in Waiyavi, Jailhouse Bar & Brewery officially marked Mogul Group’s entry into Fiji’s hospitality and craft-brew sector.

Featuring a modern industrial look, small-batch brews alongside popular favourites, curated bites, and live entertainment, Jailhouse has immediately positioned itself to redefine Lautoka’s nightlife and pub scene.

Mogul Group Director, Ritesh Chauhan says the launch represented more than just the opening of a bar.

Chauhan says Jailhouse Bar & Brewery was created to bring something fresh, fun, and exciting to Lautoka.

He says it is a place where good food, great brews, and community come together and they are proud to open their doors and introduce a new gathering place for the West.

Invited guests were treated to a first look during the pre-opening evening, which showcased the venue’s ambience and offerings.

Formerly known as Mogul Marketing, the organisation has undergone significant transformation over the past three years.

Rebranded as Mogul Group, the company expanded to operate six businesses across media, branding, hospitality, fast food, technology, and sports infrastructure.

This growth mirrored the rise of the Fijian Drua since the team’s Super Rugby Pacific debut.

During the launch event, Mogul Group confirmed the renewal of its partnership with the Fijian Drua for an additional three seasons (2026–2028).

The relationship between the two partners began in 2022, when Mogul Marketing joined as the Drua’s official signage partner.

Since then, the collaboration expanded to a joint venture with the Fijian Drua to operate Sideline LED Advertising at Drua home matches as well as for other sports organisations — a venture that has grown significantly in commercial value.

Fijian Drua CEO Mark Evans welcomed the continued partnership saying they congratulate the Mogul Group for the opening of their newest venture.

Evans says they have been with the Drua from the beginning of their Super Rugby Pacific journey.

He says as the Drua’s brand and audience grew, Mogul grew alongside them as their commitment and belief in their vision have been outstanding, and they were delighted to extend this strong partnership.

Over the past three seasons, the Drua rapidly became the most followed sports club in Fiji, delivering record broadcast audiences, Fiji's largest live attendances, and deep community engagement. Mogul Group expanded in parallel, growing into new industries and scaling its national footprint.

The renewed agreement — alongside Mogul’s investments like Jailhouse Bar & Brewery and its sponsorship of the FAME Awards — reflects the Group’s long-term commitment to Fijian sport, entertainment, media, and community development.

In addition to the bar launch and partnership renewal, Mogul Group also announced its sponsorship of the Fiji Achievement in Media Excellence (FAME) Awards — the nation’s only media awards event, returning after a 17-year hiatus.

This new sponsorship marks a significant investment in Fiji’s media sector, supporting the recognition and development of journalists, broadcasters, creators, and storytellers across the country.

Mogul Group’s involvement in FAME further reinforces its commitment to uplifting Fijian industries, local talent, and community institutions — deepening its national footprint beyond business and sport into cultural and professional development.
