The Ministry of Youth is stressing on the need to stop violence against women and children as they deserve love.

The Ministry says it’s important for youths to remember the power they hold in creating a safer and more loving world for everyone since one of the most pressing issues facing our society is the prevalence of violence against women and children.

They say it is time for us to take a stand and say enough is enough.

The Ministry says instead of perpetuating harmful behaviours, let’s use the opportunity to show love and support to the women and children in our lives, whether it be through acts of kindness, words of encouragement, or simply being there to listen.

They says we need to come together as a community to create a culture of respect, empathy and understanding.
