After a lapse of 2 decades, the Ministry of Local Government is working on their logistics and plans for the municipal elections.
Minister for Housing and Local Government, Maciu Nalumisa says there will be changes in the administration and operations of the council.
He says there is more enthusiasm in the people than they have ever seen in the respective councils.
Nalumisa says there will be changes in their administration and they are hoping that all council staff will uphold their tasks to the best of their ability.
