Minister for Fisheries and Forest Kalaveti Ravu and Regional Manager North Tekata Toaisi have been charged by FICAC.
Ravu is charged with one count of abuse of office while Toaisi has been charged with one count of aiding and abetting abuse of office.
The two will appear in the Sigatoka Magistrates Court this afternoon.
FICAC says details on their charges will be released in due course.
