The Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma is getting ready to welcome back their fully vaccinated members from Monday 4th October and they are determined to follow all the COVID safe guidelines.

Church General Secretary, Reverend Iliesa Naivalu says the law is clear and people who are not fully vaccinated will not be allowed inside the church.

Reverend Naivalu says this applies to the church ministers and the congregation members.

The General Secretary says they have been informed that certain church ministers have not been vaccinated for reasons best known to them and they have asked them to inform the Church Headquarters why they are not vaccinated.

He says as law-abiding citizens they have to follow the law.
