It was a memorable night for Digicel Fiji Bula Boys captain Roy Krishna as he walked out onto the field with his daughter by his side before the OFC Nations Cup group match against Samoa last night.

Krishna, in a facebook post, says for so long he dreamt of this moment and he finally got to walk out last night with his princess.

He says this will forever be one of the most memorable moments of his life.

Krishna went on to help the Bula Boys thrash Samoa 9-1.

The captain says the players have made Fiji proud and the win was the icing on the cake.

Krishna says they dedicate this win to their families who have continued to walk beside them.

The Bula Boys now turn their focus onto their last group match against Tahiti on Saturday at 7pm at the HFC Bank Stadium.

With 2 wins in the bag, they have qualified for the semi final and will either face Vanuatu or New Zealand in Vanuatu.
