Massive crowd enjoys Navtarang/Sargam Diwali Dhamaka show at Rups Mega Complex

The Rups Mega Complex in Nakasi saw a massive turnout as people flocked to enjoy the vibrant Navtarang/Sargam Diwali Dhamaka show.

The event, celebrating the spirit of Diwali, featured an exciting lineup of musical and dance performances that kept the audience engaged for three hours.

The show kicked off with 24-year-old kirtan singer Kartik Pillay and his group, who enthralled the crowd with a series of soulful kirtans.

Following the musical opening, the Navtarang and Sargam dance groups took to the stage, delivering captivating performances filled with traditional and contemporary choreography.

The Yuva Dance Group also impressed the audience with their energetic and vibrant dance routines.

Adding to the evening’s entertainment, popular the 5 to 6 Masala Mix team and other Navtarang and Radio Sargam personalities made appearances on stage, interacting with the crowd and keeping the atmosphere lively and festive.

Senior Content Director Satya Nand says it was a great show with a good turnout, and people enjoyed every bit of it.

He says they are also working on a show in Labasa which will be announced later.

53-year-old Nirma Wati, who came from Davuilevu, says she thoroughly enjoyed the event.

She says she heard about the show on radio and came with her sister-in-law to see the personalities she listens to in person.

The Navtarang/Sargam Diwali Dhamaka show drew in families and individuals eager to enjoy quality cultural entertainment during the festive season.

Diwali will be celebrated next Tuesday.
