Manchester City to wait a little longer to claim the EPL title after going down to Chelsea 2-1

Manchester City will need to wait a little bit longer to be crowned as English Premier League champions as they went down to Chelsea 2-1 this morning.

City needs three points to become champions for the seventh time.

Hakim Ziyech and Marcos Alonso scored a goal each for Chelsea while Raheem Sterling scored for Manchester City.

This was Chelsea's second win over City in the space of three weeks, following their victory in the FA Cup semi-final.

Meanwhile, Leeds United beat Tottenham 3-1 while Crystal Palace beat Sheffield United 2-0.
