A man who raped and sexually assaulted his stepdaughter between 2014 to 2018 in Nausori will be sentenced by the Suva High Court on Monday.
The man was convicted of six counts of rape and 2 counts of sexual assault by Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza.
It was heard in court that when the incident started the girl was 10 years old and the man was 40 years old.
The girl had testified that the man had threatened that if she told anyone about the incidents he will kill both her and her mother.
