A 23-year-old man who is charged with multiple counts of sexual offences has today pleaded not guilty to all charges before Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar.
The man allegedly committed the offences against his 10-year-old niece in Nasinu in August 2021.
He is facing 8 counts of rape and 2 counts of sexual assault.
Justice Goundar has extended bail for the man.
The judge has told the man that since he is on bail, it is his responsibility to make sure that his counsel is present on the next date.
The case will be called again on the 25th of April this year.
