Man to front court today for allegedly killing elderly caretaker in Navua

A 24-year-old man will appear in the Navua Magistrates Court today for allegedly killing an elderly caretaker in Viwawa, Navua.

The labourer is charged with one count of murder.

He allegedly assaulted the victim and stabbed him several times before robbing him.

The elderly man’s body was discovered in a drain the next day.
