Local hotels offering 50-60% discount on PayNowStayLater.com

Hotels are providing up to 50% to 60% off on the PayNowStayLater.com platform which went live last week.

The site provides a platform for hotels to publish attractive packages for people to book and pay for hotel rooms now and their bookings will be reserved for the next two years.

There are 13 local hotels on the site which include Sau Bay Resort, Mango Bay Resort, Grand Melanesian Hotel, Malaqereqere Villas, Treasure Island Resort, Namale Resort & Spa, Beachcomber Island Resort, The Terraces Apartments, Funky Fish Beach Resort, Anchorage Beach Resort, Plantation Island Resort, Lomani Island Resort and Uprising Beach Resort.

Global Bedbank Pte Limited trading as Pacific BedBank are the administrators of the site.

Global Marketing Manager for Global BedBank Pte Limited, Florence Law says they are seeing people showing interest and are monitoring how the users are navigating the site and their offers since it went live a week ago.

She says restoring consumer confidence through super deals, flexible conditions and accurate information on what destinations and hotels are doing to ensure the safety of travelers is a vital component of the site.

Law adds they have drastically cut their commission levels to ensure that hotel rates are as competitive as possible while also ensuring that payment is facilitated to the hotels within seven days.

She says they are doing this all while not charging hotels for signing up and carrying out the marketing for properties absolutely free.

Law adds supporting hotel partners in the tourism industry is part of their strategic agenda.

She says they have had a discussion with Tourism Fiji before they launched but Tourism Fiji is driving their Stage 2 of domestic campaign and they are taking the lead to test the market internationally and get data.
