Liverpool return to winning ways as Man City suffers shock 1-0 loss against Southampton

Liverpool got their first win as English Premier League champions after they beat Aston Villa 2-0.

Sadio Mane and youngster Curtis Jones scored the goals for Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Manchester City suffered a shock 1-0 loss to Southampton in the last hour.

Che Adams scored the winning goal in the first half after he chipped Man City goalkeeper, Ederson from about 35 yards out.
