The Lelean Memorial School U19 rugby side is not giving up hope of making the Vodafone Super Deans national quarterfinals.

They will face Ratu Kadavulevu School tomorrow in the third-place playoff of the Eastern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby competition, after falling short 12-8 to Tailevu North College in the semis last week.

Coach Inoke Tavuyara says the team is focused despite carrying four injuries and facing training constraints.

Tavuyara adds the team is aiming to show true sportsmanship on the field.

Lelean will face RKS at 12.50pm in the U19 playoff.

Meanwhile, QVS will take on RKS in the U18 final at 3pm at Nukuvuto Grounds in Tailevu.

They will battle for the Lutubula Trophy and the winner will walk away with $2,000 while the runner up will win $500.

In other finals, QVS will take on RKS in the U14 grade at 8.30am, QVS will face RKS in the U15 grade at 9am, QVS will meet RKS in the U16 grade at 10.20am, Lelean will meet RKS in the U17 grade at 10.50am and QVS will play Tailevu North College at 12.50pm.
